No Limits Coffee Shop was founded by Khia Lopez, a former special education professional and founder of Great Heights Academy, who built the café to create real employment and job training for adults with special needs. The shop operates alongside Great Heights Foundation, a nonprofit that supports vocational and educational programs for the same community.
The menu runs breakfast through lunch: pan con lechon, huevos rancheros, bistec a caballo, French toast, and pancakes in the morning; Cuban sandwiches, churrasco Caesar wraps, and chicken rice bowls at midday. Coffee runs all day, cafe con leche included, alongside smaller bites like pan de bono and croquetas, plus burgers and salads.
The staff — adults with special needs working in hands-on roles — is central to what the place is.
