Meraki Greek Bistro opened in 2016 in Downtown Miami, tucked into an alleyway that feels more like a European side street than a corner of one of the city's busiest neighborhoods. Wooden tables spill onto a small outdoor patio, giving the space a quieter, cozier footprint than its downtown surroundings suggest.
The menu draws on Greek recipes built around locally sourced ingredients. Baby lamb chops come with Greek fries and ladoregano sauce, the souvlaki platter offers a choice of pork, chicken, or vegetable skewers, and the Creta seafood pasta combines shrimp, mussels, octopus, and calamari in a tomato sauce over linguini. Grilled octopus and a horiatiki salad round out the menu, alongside honey and sesame cheese puffs served as a starter.
