Ramen Moto sits in the Greenway/Upper Kirby area, built around a ramen list that runs from classic tonkotsu and shoyu to tori paitan, spicy miso, and a numbing tantan men, plus a plant-based shio option and an extra-spicy Demon Ramen. Tsukemen dipping noodles round out the bowl side, served with extra-thick noodles and add-ons like ajitamago, chashu, and menma.

The menu doesn't stop at ramen. A kushiyaki grill sends out skewers of chicken thigh, gizzard, heart, and USDA prime ribeye, while a raw bar covers sashimi, negi toro, hamachi chili, and salmon yukke. Otsumami plates — takoyaki, okonomiyaki, garlic edamame, Korean-style nuggets — fill out a menu built for grazing across several rounds rather than a single bowl.

Regulars point to the katsu curry as a standout alongside the ramen, and the place has built a following for consistent food, attentive service, and a clean, welcoming room.
