Bramble & Hare opened in July 2012 as the farmhouse counterpart to Jill and Chef Eric Skokan's Black Cat, built around the idea of a countryside auberge translated to a bistro setting. The restaurant draws directly from its own farm, positioning itself at the intersection of fine dining and farm-to-table cooking rather than picking one lane.
Beyond the regular menu, the restaurant periodically hosts Harvest Celebration "Dirt Dinners," special events tied to what the farm is producing at that moment.
Michelin selected Bramble & Hare for its 2025 guide.
