The Spot
Wurst Behavior pairs a butcher counter with a smokehouse on Elston Avenue in Irving Park, a beer garden attached to the whole operation. Everything — kielbasa, brats, dogs, and BBQ — is ground, cased, rubbed, and smoked in-house the same day it's served, all over pecan wood.

The sausage list runs from a classic Kielbasa to an Italian with fennel and hot giardiniera to a Jalapeño Cheddar Beer Sausage. The Chicago Dog gets the traditional treatment, while a Pierogi Dog and Kimchi Dog push further afield. On the smoker side, pulled pork gets 14 hours over pecan wood, and half-slab baby back ribs and smoked platters let a table split several meats at once. Weekend brunch adds a Pierogi & Sausage Skillet and pork belly and eggs.

The Infatuation scored it an 8/10.
