Smoque BBQ operates out of a spot on N. Pulaski in Irving Park, running a smoked-meat menu alongside bottled sauces sold to take home and a separate catering arm. The brisket in particular has drawn outside notice — Texas Monthly's BBQ editor Daniel Vaughan wrote that it changed his mind about brisket cooked outside Texas.
