The Spot
Spoko comes from the same family behind Pierogi Kitchen and Wurst Behavior, this time turning to the food of Polish street stands and milk bars rather than pierogi or house-made sausage alone. The zapiekanka — Poland's open-face street baguette, toasted to order — is the headliner, running from a classic mushroom-and-Swiss version to loaded riffs with prosciutto, figs, and truffle honey aioli.

The rest of the menu spreads across Kraków-style maczanka sandwiches dipped in bone broth, breaded pork loin schabowy, a whole fried trout, and żurek made with soured rye and smoked bone broth. Kielbasa and other sausages are made in house daily. Hand-spun shakes and waffles cover dessert, and a beer garden sits attached to the dining room.

The space draws notice for its atmosphere and service, and the bar side pours a solid rotation of cocktails and beer alongside the street-food menu.
