L&M Fine Foods opened in 2019 at the corner of Lincoln and Montrose, the work of owner Rebecca Goldfarb, who built it as a neighborhood spot that could double as sandwich counter and specialty grocer — somewhere to grab a hand-crafted sandwich on a lunch break or a ribeye and a six-pack on the way home.
The shop operates as three things at once: a deli making hand-crafted sandwiches with weekly and seasonal specials, a cafe serving breakfast, coffee, and drinks, and a specialty grocer stocking tinned fish, crackers, craft beer, and wine sourced from local vendors and partners.
The Infatuation gave L&M Fine Foods an 8/10.
