The Spot
Andros Taverna is Chef Doug Psaltis's contemporary take on Greek cooking, inspired by his family's roots on the island of Andros. Everything moves through glowing charcoal and a wood-burning oven, including pitas stretched to order over the embers and souvlaki straight off the grill.

The menu covers updated mezzes, crisp salads, and grilled meats, alongside a daily live seafood program that brings in whole fish and octopus for simple, fire-cooked preparations. The wine list runs entirely Greek. Weekend brunch shifts into dishes like egg-in-a-hole koulouri and tsoureki French toast, with pastries from Hsing Chen, a French Laundry alum.

Andros Taverna has been Michelin Selected every year from 2022 through 2025, and The Infatuation scored it an 8/10.
