The Spot
Millers All Day serves breakfast, lunch, and brunch every day from its Lower King Street location in Harleston Village. It's co-owned by Greg Johnsman, of Edisto Island's Marsh Hen Mill (also known as Geechie Boy Mill), and chef Nathan Thurston, who has cooked in Charleston-area kitchens including Kiawah Island's Ocean Room and Jasmine Porch and runs Thurston Southern Catering.

A 175-plus-year-old antique mill operates in the restaurant's front window, grinding corn for the grits on the menu — a direct link to Johnsman's work reviving heirloom Southern grains.

The menu runs through Southern breakfast and lunch staples: biscuits and gravy, a frittata, home fries, steak and eggs, breakfast sandwiches, and cinnamon rolls, alongside lunch items like a club sandwich, salad, and shrimp.

Millers All Day has since expanded with a second location on James Island and a food truck extending its reach across Charleston.
