Azur was founded in 2023 by Dominique Chantepie, his son Mathis Chantepie, and Benjamin Boisson. Dominique serves as executive chef, bringing pastry experience from Charleston, elsewhere in the U.S., and France, while Mathis runs the bar program and Benjamin oversees the restaurant's operations.
