The Spot
Alma Gaucha follows the traditional Southern Brazilian rodízio format: a prix-fixe menu built around prime meats — picanha, filé mignon, lamb chops among them — that are seasoned, fire-roasted, and carved tableside from skewers. The salad bar runs alongside it, stocked with fresh-cut vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian hearts of palm, and smoked salmon, with feijoada appearing as part of the full buffet.

The bar leans into cachaça, with signature caipirinhas like the Alma Premium and the fruit-loaded Tropical Caipirinha. Desserts stay close to Brazilian tradition too, with passion fruit mousse, grilled pineapple with vanilla bean ice cream, and a creme brulee rounding out the menu.
