The Spot
Neighbors Café and Wine Bar occupies the ground floor of the 1 Hotel just off Rainey Street, sharing the building with Alteño. Mornings run on grab-and-go café service: signature lattes like Ube Matcha, Pistachio + Rose, and Golden Chai, cold-pressed juices, nitro cold brew, açai bowls, and sandwiches, with baked goods supplied by Sour Duck. Ingredients are organic and locally sourced.

By afternoon the menu shifts toward the Mediterranean — tinned fish, gambas al ajillo, and steak shawarmas — alongside wines, spritzes, and a build-your-own gin-and-tonic bar, turning the same room from coffee counter to wine bar over the course of a day.
