Fourths took over the former Plaza Columbian Coffee space on South Congress, converting it into a fast-casual burger joint with a drive-thru, indoor dine-in counter, and outdoor garden seating. The burgers are built on Japanese milk-bread buns, and the fries are cooked in beef tallow.
The menu runs through several lanes beyond the core burgers — the Original Fourth, The Smokehouse, and the signature Fourth Pound among them — with a South Congress Cheesesteak, a Wagyu Beef Fourth Dog, a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Tenders in multiple portion sizes, and a Pulled Pork Sandwich rounding things out. Shakes, including The Fourth Drip, along with beer, wine, and coffee, fill out the drink list.
