The Spot
Pink Lotus builds its menu around the four regions of Thailand — North, Northeast/Isaan, Central, and South — drawing on street food culture for dishes that don't often turn up on typical American Thai menus. Traditional Pad Thai and coconut soup sit next to house-made northern Thai green sausage with chili dip, miang kham (herbs, peanuts, pineapple, and roasted coconut wrapped in cha plu leaf), and golden crab rolls wrapped in crispy tofu skin.

Whole branzino appears two ways — steamed with chili-lime garlic sauce, or grilled with Thai herbs, roasted coconut, and palm syrup — alongside sous vide five-hour duck breast finished with a maple five-spice sauce. A handcrafted cocktail list runs alongside the food in a vibrant, laid-back dining room in Home Park.

The Infatuation scored Pink Lotus 9.3/10, and regulars have pointed to it as a special-occasion destination for the neighborhood.
