Ph'East takes its format from the hawker markets of Asia: a handful of independent food stalls operating under one roof at The Battery Atlanta. 26 Thai, Fan T'Asia, Lifting Noodles Ramen, and Poke Burri each run their own kitchen and menu, while Kung Fu Tea handles bubble teas brewed in the Taiwanese tradition — mixed with milk or fruit and finished with tapioca pearls.
