Xi'an Gourmet House brings Xi'an street food to Midtown Atlanta: biang biang and liang pi noodles, jiamo burgers, dumplings, and lamb pao-mo soup, alongside a case of cakes and tiramisu that leans more contemporary bakery than northwestern Chinese kitchen.
The spicy cumin lamb noodle — stir-fried lamb, chili powder, garlic, and bean sprouts over hand-pulled noodles — has become the dish regulars order first, with a lamb burger version on the menu as well. Beef noodle, mount qi pork noodle, and a stir-fry tomato-and-egg noodle round out the list, and chili oil is available to take home by the container.
The restaurant has built a following for generous portions at accessible prices, and Michelin selected it in its 2025 Atlanta guide.
