Bargello occupies the northeast corner of the Kimpton Hotel Arras on Broadway Avenue, its dining room built around floor-to-ceiling windows, an open kitchen, and a wood-fired pizza hearth. The name comes from the Florentine needlepoint pattern used in tapestries since the 17th century, a nod to the Italian and Mediterranean cooking Executive Chef Tyler Slade's team sends out — hand-rolled pasta, house-made bread, and locally sourced plates. The restaurant shares its kitchen with District 42, the hotel's all-day bar and lounge next door.
