The Spot
Rosetta's Kitchen has operated out of its Lexington Avenue location in downtown Asheville since 2002, running an order-at-the-counter format that leans on affordability and locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant frames its mission plainly: everyone eats, regardless of what they can pay.

The menu started as fully vegan and has since expanded to include vegetarian and meat dishes alongside it. Buddha bowls, veggie burgers, coconut curry, cornbread, wings, fries, and a cheesecake are the dishes that come up most often among regulars, with a soul-food lean running through the menu.

Rosetta's Kitchen has been included in Eater's Eater 38 list for Asheville and covered by The Infatuation. Over its two decades downtown, it has also built a reputation for community and charitable work alongside its regular menu.
