The Spot
The Saga occupies a room inside the Ritz-Carlton on 22nd Street in DC's West End, close to Georgetown and Foggy Bottom. The concept is built around a shift in mood: guests start in a luminous bar and move into a darker, more theatrical dining room, with an electro-flamenco soundtrack marking the transition. Chef Enrique Limardo leads the kitchen, cooking modernist Spanish food with Latin threads running through it.

The bar side runs as its own entry point, serving Spanish small plates and sherries for anyone who wants a taste of Limardo's cooking without sitting down for the full dining room experience. The Saga is part of the Seven Reasons Group's collection of DC restaurants and was named to the Michelin Guide's 2025 selection for Washington, DC.
