Mullet's Fish Camp is a neighborhood seafood restaurant centered on a Choose Your Own Adventure format: pick from more than fifteen types of fish and shellfish, a cooking style — classic or Cajun fried in 100% peanut oil, grilled, blackened, or one of the house "Mullet's Style" preparations — and sides to match. Fish tacos built on Gulf grouper or mahi follow the same customizable approach.
Starters lean into the smoker and the fryer: smoked fish spread and smoked wings are both prepared daily on-site, alongside peel 'n eat shrimp served either chilled OG-style or hot in citrus-herb butter. Sauces and slaws are made in house throughout the menu.
The restaurant is run by partners Brian Rose and Nick Brown; Rose previously owned Mid Peninsula Seafood. The space pairs a casual dining room with a backyard tiki bar.
