Elliott Aster sits inside The Vinoy Resort and Golf Club, a partnership between the resort, Chef Lee Wolen, and Boka Restaurant Group. The menu centers on wood-fired steaks, handcrafted pastas, and fresh seafood, alongside a signature antipasti bar, served across a dining room and a separate lounge.
Wolen came up through Moto and Butter in Chicago, Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons and El Bulli in Europe, and three years as sous chef at Eleven Madison Park before returning to Chicago to run kitchens at The Peninsula and Boka. He has since opened Alla Vita, GG's Chicken Shop, and Zarella Pizzeria & Taverna in Chicago, and now brings that background to St. Petersburg.
Regulars have gravitated toward the cocktail program and pasta dishes in particular. Elliott Aster was named to the Michelin Guide's Selected list for 2026.
