The Spot
International Lobster Rolls started when its founder left an office job to spend five months testing recipes at home, after wondering why lobster rolls seemed to only ever come one of two ways. The result is a menu that takes the classic roll around the world, built on 100% real lobster meat as the through-line.

The rolls are named for their flavor profiles — Connecticut, garlic, honey shrimp, garlic parmesan, and wasabi ponzu among them — served alongside sides like garlic crab fries, sweet potato fries, and lobster bisque. Portions run generous, and the shop has built a following as a small, personable stop for lobster in a city more associated with other shellfish.
