Fate Brewing Company's South Scottsdale location opened in 2015 at Scottsdale and McDowell, built around a 15-barrel brewhouse with 270 barrels of fermentation space. Head Brewer Adam Schmeichel has run the brewing program since the company's earliest days, working through rotating batches alongside standing names in the lineup like Fateful IPA, Buena Vista Blonde Ale, Fatality, and Hatch Chile Gatos. The seasonal Candy Bar Milk Stout returns each fall.
