FnB occupies a modest space inside the historic Craftsman Court in South Scottsdale, built around seasonal small plates that lean on Arizona farming and agriculture. Falafel, polenta, chicken, and bread show up often in what regulars order, alongside a rotating list of small plates the restaurant calls FnBites.
Chef and co-owner Charleen Badman runs the kitchen; Pavle Milic, co-owner and beverage director, built the wine program around Arizona-only bottles, including selections from his own Los Milics label. That wine list has twice been named a James Beard Foundation semifinalist for Outstanding Wine Program, in 2017 and 2020. Badman's cooking earned her a James Beard Award for Best Chef in 2019, following five consecutive years as a semifinalist.
Phoenix New Times named FnB one of the city's best restaurants in 2025, part of a run of recognition that has followed this small South Scottsdale storefront for well over a decade.
