The Spot
Zunzibar started more than twenty years ago as a sandwich shop on York Street in Savannah, a neighborhood spot built on straightforward food and hospitality. Over time the kitchen and bar program grew more ambitious, and the concept became what it is now: coastal cuisine paired with a curated cocktail list, with the Savannah location sitting where the Historic District meets the water, complete with an outdoor patio and live music.

The menu runs through a raw bar, handhelds, and chef-driven plates meant for sharing, alongside a cocktail program built on rotating seasonal drinks and a beer list tuned to the neighborhood. Zunzibar has since expanded to Tybee Island and locations in Florida, carrying the same coastal-and-cocktails format beyond Georgia.
