Vintana occupies the top floor of The Centre Escondido, part of the Cohn Restaurant Group's North County lineup. The Main Dining room runs floor-to-ceiling windows facing The Centre's Fountain of Living Water, while the outdoor Lanai adds fire pits and hillside views for guests who want to eat outside.
Chef/Partner Deborah Scott and Executive Chef John Bacolod run a Modern Cali-Cuisine menu built on contemporary flavors and inventive plating. Signature dishes include the Everything Crusted Ahi Tuna, Mary's Chicken Roulade, and Slow Braised Short Rib. The Vodka Lounge pours signature cocktails alongside a list of more than 125 vodkas.
