Campfire operates in Carlsbad as, in its own words, a return to the origins of cooking and hospitality — gathering around a fire, making honest food, and sharing it with others. The restaurant is run by Aubrey and Paul, and it draws on the landscapes of California — coast, forest, mountain, desert — as inspiration for its menu. Eric Bost serves as executive chef.
