The Pink Cabana sits inside the Sands Hotel & Spa in Indian Wells, designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard as a modern nod to the Tennis and Racquet Clubs that defined Palm Springs in the 1950s and '60s. The result is a space built as much for atmosphere as for eating, serving lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.
The kitchen works in Mediterranean cuisine with a Moroccan influence, describing itself as ingredient-driven and leaning into seasonal produce. The bar runs its own program alongside it — wines from Mediterranean climates and cocktails drawing on spice-route influences, positioning the restaurant as much a drinking destination as a dining one.
The Pink Cabana was named to Palm Springs Life's Best of 2025 list and Time Out Palm Springs' Best of 2026 list.
