Louie's Grubs

Louie's Grubs operates out of a shipping container on the patio of Lincoln's Beard in Westchester, running a compact menu that mixes smashburgers with Cuban comfort food. The house order, called "Chef Louie's Way," is a saucy double smashburger built with a sriracha kick. Chicken nuggets made from chicken thighs round out the fried lineup, and empanadas filled with picadillo bring the Cuban side of the menu into the mix.
