Graziano's traces back to a butcher shop Mario and Maria Graziano opened in Buenos Aires in 1962. The family later brought that business to Miami, starting with a market and an outdoor grill, and has since grown into a group of restaurants and mercados across South Florida, now run by a third generation.

The Coral Gables location is built around a circular charcoal grill loaded with chicken, lamb, and steaks — bistecca alla fiorentina, spinalis, and tomahawks alongside ribeyes, sirloins, short ribs, and skirt steak. Meals start with bread and chimichurri, meant for the meat as much as the bread. Wine comes by the quartino rather than just by the glass, and dinner tends to end with rolled pancakes filled with dulce de leche and flambéed tableside in orange liqueur.

The restaurant sits alongside a separate Graziano's mercado nearby in Coral Gables, part of the same family operation but its own storefront.
