Flama is a Brazilian steakhouse built on the rodízio format: continuous tableside service, with gauchos carving different cuts right off the skewer at your table. The meats are roasted and grilled slowly to preserve their natural flavor, and each table gets a card indicating preferred temperature, so cuts come out the way you asked without a trip back to the kitchen.
The gourmet salad bar runs alongside the meat service, with cheeses, fresh vegetables, cold meats, and a spread of sides, including a feijoada and dozens of salad combinations, plus a manchego wheel guests return to throughout the meal. Pão de queijo rounds out the table.
Opened in 2021, Flama brings traditional Brazilian flavors to Homestead in a casual, come-as-you-are dining room — a lower-key alternative to the bigger national steakhouse chains.
