Grünauer has served Austrian and Central European cooking in the Crossroads since 2010, working from classic Viennese techniques and family recipes rather than a fusion take on the cuisine. The kitchen sources as much as possible from local farmers and uses exclusively humanely raised, antibiotic-free meats, while the bar list leans the other direction, pulling wine, beer, and spirits from Central Europe to match the food.
The space includes a lofted private dining room above the main floor, outfitted with a bar and fireplace, used for everything from rehearsal dinners to business meetings alongside regular lunch and dinner service.
