The Spot
Meridian sits in The Village in East Dallas, where the kitchen leans on fire and smoke rather than hiding it. Executive Chef Eduardo Osorio's menu draws from Italian, Mediterranean, and New American traditions, aiming for a balance between indulgence and something more nourishing, in a room designed to feel both refined and inviting.

The bar side runs its own program of curated cocktails and lounge seating built for lingering. Tucked inside the restaurant, The Ember Room handles private dinners and events, and Meridian's Chef Collective brings visiting chefs into the kitchen alongside Osorio for one-night collaborative dinners.

Osorio was named a James Beard Foundation Outstanding Chef semifinalist in 2023, and Eater has included Meridian on its list of essential Dallas restaurants.
