Malai Kitchen takes a modern approach to Thai and Vietnamese cooking, shaped by owners Braden and Yasmin Wages and their extensive travels through Thailand and Vietnam. The kitchen sources quality ingredients and makes as much as possible from scratch, and the Uptown location pours from an in-house brewery producing six beers on tap, including an IPA, a Vietnamese lager, a pale wheat, a pilsner, and a porter alongside a seasonal rotator.
