The Spot
Farina in Grani takes its name from the whole-grain flour — germ, bran, and endosperm all milled together — that gives its dough golden flecks and a deeper flavor than standard pizza dough. That dough is made fresh daily and fermented using traditional methods before landing in a Stefano Ferrara oven imported for the job, aiming at the classic Neapolitan balance of crisp edge, airy crumb, and light char.

Toppings are kept close to tradition: DOP San Marzano tomato sauce finished with basil and olive oil, fresh mozzarella, and seasonal ingredients layered on top.

The pizzeria is family-owned, with a self-taught owner running the pizza program, and has built a local reputation for warm, personal hospitality alongside the cooking.
