Easy Slider began as a food truck in December 2011, started by Caroline Perini and Miley Holmes on a search for the perfect small burger. That truck eventually led to permanent locations, including the East Side spot in Old East Dallas, while the trucks still roam the city.
The menu runs through a lineup of sliders: The Classic with cheddar and red onion, The Roadside with bacon and grilled jalapeños, The Smash with grilled onions and yellow mustard, and specialty builds like the Sweet & Lowdown (bacon, goat cheese, strawberry jam) and the peanut butter–topped Nutty Pig. A Portobello slider, The Baby Bella, and a fried chicken version, The Party Fowl, round out the burger side, alongside a bacon-wrapped hot dog called Mr. Big Dawg. Sides include tater tots, loaded tots, a wedge salad, onion rings inspired by Deutschlander Fish House in Buffalo Gap, Texas, and banana pudding for dessert.
