The Spot
Nottoli Italian Foods started at the old Harlem and Foster location, where a butcher counter, full deli, produce, and grocery sections made it a neighborhood fixture within months of opening. That's also where the shop began making its own sausage and building a name around a strong selection of cured meats.

The current Harlem Avenue spot keeps that same structure: a deli case stocked with imported prosciutto, pancetta, salami, grating cheeses, ricotta, and mozzarella, alongside pantry staples like olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, artichokes, anchovies, and Arborio rice. The sandwich list runs through Italian, prosciutto, roast beef, turkey, tuna, and vegetarian subs dressed with giardiniera, pesto, or roasted red peppers, plus hot options like meatball, Italian beef, Italian sausage, and eggplant parmesan. Cannoli and tiramisu close out the counter.

Nottoli also caters out of the same kitchen, sending trays of meatballs, sausage, lasagna, baked shells, and stuffed peppers to parties and events around Chicago.
