404 Burgers runs on a house-made brisket-chuck roll blend, smashed and served with crispy edges, American cheese, grilled onions, and a house sauce on the signature 404 burger. Other versions include a Brisket Burger with white cheddar and red pickled onions, and a Jalapeño Cream Cheese burger finished with garlic aioli. The menu extends past burgers into a beef short rib smoked barbecue plate and Nashville Hot crispy chicken tenders on brioche with slaw. All meat served is zabiha halal. Chimney cones filled with ice cream round out the menu as the house dessert.
