Howdy's Pizza and Pasta took over the former Fabrik space on MLK in East Austin, bringing a casual Italian menu to the address. The core is classic pizzas and pastas, but the menu also stretches into stranger territory: a "pizza dog" made from a hot dog bun formed out of pizza crust, and a "dirty martini pizza" that riffs on the cocktail.
