Casa Bianca is a full-service Italian restaurant and cocktail bar just east of Downtown Austin, led by executive chef and owner Joseph Zoccoli. The flavors and dish names draw from his family's roots in Italy, while the techniques behind them come from a decade spent cooking Japanese cuisine — a combination the restaurant calls a maximalist take on contemporary Italian-American cooking.
