Big Slick is a boutique steakhouse and bar from Austin-based husband-and-wife chefs Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee, set in East Austin. The menu runs entirely à la carte, letting guests build their own meal rather than working through a set format.
The dining room centers on a wood-burning hearth, where beef, game, and seasonal ingredients are cooked over live fire. Beef comes exclusively from Lobel's of New York and is dry-aged in-house, and the kitchen draws on classic French technique, including tableside preparations brought directly to the table.
