Gunshow runs on an open kitchen in Glenwood Park, where shareable plates are presented tableside by Chef Cody Chassar and his team rather than ordered off a fixed menu. Cocktails get the same tableside treatment, wheeled out and poured to order from a rolling cart.
The menu changes on a weekly basis, with dishes like confit duck leg turning up alongside whatever else the kitchen is working through. The "Hired Guns" series brings in visiting chefs from around the country to cook in Gunshow's kitchen for a night, adding their own dishes into the weekly lineup.
Gunshow holds a Michelin Selected designation for both 2024 and 2025, has been named to the Eater 38, and was included in Atlanta Journal-Constitution's 2025 city best-of list. Its kitchen has also produced three James Beard Foundation Best Chef nominations.
