This is a small list with a heavy top: four Michelin One Stars, including a James Beard Winner at Rose's Luxury and a Beard Finalist at Pineapple and Pearls. Omakase @ Barracks Row and Little Pearl round out the One Star run. Little Engine is the one Damn Good in the mix, and it's not a step down so much as a different gear.
