Behind it, two Damn Good spots hold their own: Sushi Kashiba in Pike Place Market, a James Beard Semifinalist 2019, and ShoMon Kappo Sushi in Belltown, both $$$$. All three run Japanese-leaning menus at the top price tier. Not a long list, but every spot on it earns the visit.
