Animae, Filipino at $$$$, is a James Beard Finalist. Callie, Mediterranean at $$$$, holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Both land at Delicious, our second tier — a small list, but not a thin one. Downtown isn't deep yet, it's just picky about who gets in.
