One Vietnamese spot clears our bar in Portland. It's Damn Good, and it's got the receipts.
The Paper Bridge, in Southeast Portland, is the only Vietnamese spot on our board that's earned a Damn Good rating so far. It's also landed on the NYT Restaurant List 2025, which counts for something even if it's not our badge. One spot isn't a scene, but at $$ it's worth the trip on its own.
