Emmett leads, a Delicious tier spot in Fishtown carrying a James Beard Finalist 2026 nod at $$$. Stina backs it up in South Philadelphia, Damn Good and half the price. Philadelphia's Mediterranean scene is thin, but what's here is worth the trip.
