Katami leads the pack in Montrose, a James Beard Semifinalist 2026 and the only Delicious of the group. Behind it, three Damn Good spots cover different lanes: Hidden Omakase in the Galleria carries a Michelin Selected 2025 tag at $$$$, Kata Robata in Upper Kirby has a Beard Semifinalist nod from 2020, and Toga in River Oaks keeps it at $$. Small list, no weak spots.
