The Spot
Gigglewaters takes its name from "giggle water," 1920s slang for an alcoholic drink, and builds its identity around that era: a restaurant, bar, and one-screen classic movie theater in downtown Safety Harbor. The concept pairs a night out with a film screening, giving the space a dual life as bar and neighborhood cinema.

The cocktail program leans bourbon-forward, built on fresh, hand-squeezed juices, with The 1919 — a pre-prohibition-style Old Fashioned — as the fan favorite. Specialty drinks rotate in alongside whatever's currently screening, tying the bar program to the movie schedule. Burgers anchor the food side of the menu.

Gigglewaters was named a reader pick in Creative Loafing Tampa's 2025 city magazine poll.
